Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant's counsel would submit that the applicant has to undergo surgery. He needs the assistance of his family. He never breached the bail conditions and entered Ahmednagar District since the day of the conditions imposed against him by order dated 07.10.2022.

The learned APP verified the fact and states that the applicant did not violated the bail conditions and did not enter Ahmednagar District.

There is no material progress in the trial. Considering the conduct of the applicant post granting bail and his need to undergo surgery, the condition may be relaxed. He was also attending the police station as per condition no.(iv). Considering the length of
