Vide the order dated 06/11/2025, it was observed by this Court that the matter shall be disposed of on the next date of hearing even if nobody appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Today also, neither respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in person nor anybody has filed power on their behalf.

Mr Jadhav, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that by this application, the applicant is praying for issuance of directions to transfer of proceedings bearing Criminal M.A. No.155/2017 and Criminal M. A. No.12/2020, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manwat, Dist.

644.25appln (2) Parbhani. According to him, when the aforesaid matters were filed, the applicant was residing at Majalgaon, Dist. Beed. However, later on, she has shifted to Manwat, Dist. Parbhani and it is difficult for her to prosecute the proceedings at Majalgaon, Dist. Beed. He further submits that the respondents are also residing at Manwat. He, therefore, prays for transfer of aforesaid matters to the Manwat Court, Dist. Parbhani.

In view of the above submissions and after perusal of the papers available on record, this application is allowed. The proceedings bearing Criminal M.A. No.155/2017 and Criminal M. A. No.12/2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed are hereby transferred to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manwat, Dist. Parbhani [SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.] sjk
