DATE : 14-12-2017 ORDER :
1.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner, who refers to that application for sending marriage certificate which is a photocopy, to handwriting expert, has been rejected, since the original is not available.
2.
Having regard to the aforesaid, learned counsel resiles to situation that in the absence of any original, it would not be worthwhile to send photocopy for opinion by handwriting expert. In the circumstances, he submits that leave may be granted to renew the request for sending document to handwriting expert in case the original is produced.
2 WP - 1894-2014 3.
To this submission, there is no counter argument on behalf of the respondent, who had been given ample and repeated opportunities to cause appearance.
