DATED : 14th FEBRUARY, 2020 ORDER :- The counsel appearing for the parties submits that during pendency of this Writ Petition, the suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No. 105 of 2008 came to be disposed off on 24.09.2013. The respondents/original defendants have filed application Exhibit 31 during pendency of Regular Civil Suit No. 105 of 2008 for local inspection of the suit land through Court Commissioner and learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Basmath, by the impugned order dated 17.02.2009 allowed the said application with certain directions. By order dated 02.04.2009, this Court has stayed the effect of the impugned order and while granting Rule on 09.11.2009, the interim stay to the impugned order has been

911-WP-1898-2009 -2continued. Since the suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No. 105 of 2008 is disposed off on 24.09.2013, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed off. Rule discharged.
