Mr. Rajendra S. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal is filed by the petitioners before respondent No.2. The hearing had taken place a year back, but till today no orders are passed. On the last date, we asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions with regard to the period within which respondent No.2 would decide the appeal
2 WP 2605/2017 of the petitioners. Learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that respondent No.2 would decide the appeal of the petitioners within three months.

If the matter was heard a year back, the authority will have to re-hear the appeal and pass the necessary order. The petitioners shall appear before respondent No.2 on 14th March, 2017. The petitioners may appear in person or through their representative before respondent No.2 on 14th March, 2017. The Commissioner shall decide the said appeal filed by the petitioners within three months thereafter.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
