Learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni appeared for the victim through her mother, giving consent for granting bail to the applicant. However, her consent cannot be accepted. She is not natural guardian of the child of 10 years. She has no right to take such decision when father of the child is alive. 2.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, on merit, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail.
