Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1. Though respondent No.2 acquiring body is duly served, none appears for it. Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to waive the amount of interest for the delayed period, if the applicants/appellants succeed in the appeals. 2.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, delay of 1664 days caused in filing the first appeals is condoned on the condition that the applicants in all these applications are not entitled for the amount of interest of the delayed period. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants would file undertaking to that effect within a period of two

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the respondent acquiring body has also preferred appeals bearing first appeal Nos. 254 of 2015, 255 of 2015, 256 of 2015 and 257 of 2015. Office to verify the same and list the said appeals alongwith the present group of appeals on the next date.
