Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners orally prays for amendment to the petition by placing on record the representation submitted to the District Collector, Jalna, Block Development officer, Panchayat Samiti, Mantha and Tahsildar, Mantha post filing petition.

This being a formal prayer and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, oral prayer is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

As learned Counsel for the petitioners, on the backdrop of representation submitted to the authorities, more particularly, respondent No.2 District Collector, Jalna, prayed for issuance of directions to the Collector to decide the representation expeditiously, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with directions to respondent No.2 Collector, Jalna to

(3) decide the representation dated 1st March, 2019 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court.
