Advocate for Petitioners : Mr. C R Bharaswadkar AGPs for Respondents: Mr. G. K. Thigale, Mrs. S. A.Dhumal ...
CORAM
: S. V. GANGAPURWALA & V. L. ACHLIYA , JJ.
DATE : 9th January, 2015 PER COURT :
1.
We have heard learned counsel Mr. Bharaswadkar for the petitioner. 2.
Mr. Bharaswadkar, the learned counsel submits that in one writ petition, this Court had directed the respondent Bank to chalk out the programme to make payments. As the order is already passed by this court in one of the writ petitions, as contended by the learned Counsel, directing the respondent Bank to chalk out the programme to make the payment, the petitioners also would be governed by the same order. In view of that, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petitions. The writ petitions stand disposed of. Rule disposed of. Civil applications also stand disposed of. No costs.
