Learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body submits that process for budgetary allocation from the Government of Maharashtra is in progress and shortly amount would be deposited in this Court. He seeks continuance of interim order of stay granted by this Court under order dated 19.11.2019.

In view of aforesaid submission and documents produced on record, it appears that the matter is under consideration of the Government of Maharashtra for allocation of budget to facilitate the applicant-Acquiring Body to deposit the decreetal amount in this Court. Hence, applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause-'B'. Interim relief of stay granted on 19.11.2019 is hereby continued for a period of eight weeks i.e. till 08.04.2020.

Accordingly, applications stand disposed of.
