The applicants/appellants have preferred this application seeking condonation of 14 days delay in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order passed by Reference Court. 2.

Upon considering the submissions advanced in the light of overall facts of the case and the cause assigned to condone the delay and further considered consequences to follow in the event delay is not condoned; I am inclined to allow the application. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. 4.
