We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the Civil Application. The applicant has made out a case for the relief as prayed.

The office is directed to re-issue notice of Contempt Petition No. 454 of 2016 upon the respondent on the address described in prayer Clause (B) of the Civil Application.

Returnable date of the notice is extended by six weeks from today.

Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (B). No order as to costs.
