The present applicants, who are apprehending their arrest at the hands of Kadim-Jalna Police Station, Jalna in Crime No. 20/2016, registered for the offences punishable under section 324, 326, 147, 148, 149, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, are praying for their release on bail in the event of their arrest. 3.
The complaint of the victim would show that he was questioned by the present applicants alongwith other persons as to why he had attended the court and the present applicants have assaulted him with a sword and a razor, respectively.

The copy of the injury certificate, produced by the learned A.P.P. for perusal, would show that in fact, there were incise wounds and contusion to the occipital region. In that view of the matter, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The application is, therefore, dismissed.
