Civil Application No.825/2022 is filed for bringing legal heirs of petitioner No.1 on record, whereas Civil Application No.829/2022 is filed for bring legal heirs of petitioner No.5 on record.

In bringing legal heirs on record, there is delay of 392 and 633 days, respectively.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and perused the applications.

The applications proceed to state in paragraph Nos.3 and 4, the reasons for the delay and I deem it expedient to condone the

825.22ca etc (2) same being satisfied with the reasons stated therein and particularly, since the petitioners are senior citizens and are not aware of the niceties of law.

In the wake of the above, the civil applications deserve to be allowed in terms of their respective prayer clauses, by condoning the delay in bringing the legal heirs on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
