Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body. Perused the applications and other relevant documents produced on record. 2.

This Court under order dated 05.12.2019, granted stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and award subject to condition of depositing entire decreetal amount within 12 weeks. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body fervidly contends that the ofce of the applicant-Acquiring Body has forwarded a proposal to the Government of Maharashtra for budgetary allocation. They are trying hard to procure the funds for depositing the same in this Court. The learned counsel produced documents of correspondence on record. Perusal of the documents refects that the matter is under consideration of the Government of Maharashtra for grant of funds in the present proceedings. 4.

In these circumstances, there is no impediment to extend prohibitory order of stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and award to facilitate the applicant-Acquiring body to deposit entire decreetal amount in this Court. Hence, stay granted earlier by this Court is hereby extended for a period of eight weeks from the date of this order. Accordingly applications stand disposed of. ( K. K. SONAWANE, J. ) SPT
