Heard the learned Asst. Government Pleader for respondents and perused the petition and annexures thereto.

By the present petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 12th March 2009, by virtue of which the District Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hingoli, had directed the Society to surrender vehicles of the Society on account of enforcement of the Election Code of Conduct with effect from 2-3-2009.

Petitioners were protected by the interim order in terms of prayer clause "C" on 19th March 2009.
