The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have been given the arrears and the pay fixation has been done. He submits that in respect of petitioner nos.3 and 4, however, now the respondents are saying that the post of petitioner nos.3 and 4 is not mentioned in the Government Resolution and the amount is to be recovered from these petitioners. In our view, it

2 65-cp.odt would be a different cause of action. The petitioners may take steps with regard to the same. 3.

As the order in question has been complied with by the respondents, the contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
