Having heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.5/Sub Divisional Officer & Land Acquisition Officer, Vaijapur, to decide the representation of the Petitioners (undated), which is received by the Sub Divisional Officer on 10/01/2024, within a timeline. If the response to the representation indicates that the Petitioners' land (additional land), over and above the acquired land, for which compensation is paid, is acquired and the grievance of the Petitioners is not redressed, the Petitioners can approach the Civil

7338.24wp (2) Court for the redressal of their grievance. If the claim of the Petitioners is found to be frivolous, the Petitioners would be liable to pay heavy costs to the State.

As per the request of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, let the response of Respondent No.5 to the representation, be communicated to Petitioner No.1, expeditiously.
