Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Headmaster of the respondent No.4-School had submitted proposal for appointment of the petitioner as a 'Clerk' on 18th November, 2016. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In case, the proposal is submitted by respondent No.4 and the same is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall take decision on the said proposal on it's own merits, expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
