ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body. Perused the application and other relevant documents placed on record. 2.

This Court under Order dated 05-12-2019 granted the stay subject to depositing part of the decreetal amount in this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body submits that the applicant Acquiring Body has forwarded proposal and the same is under consideration and pending before the Government of Maharashtra for budgetary allocation.

In view of aforesaid submission, there is no impediment to continue prohibitory order of stay granted by this Court dated 05-122019, which came to be expired on 27-02-2020. Hence, Civil Application deserves to be allowed.

The Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The period of granting stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by learned Reference Court, in LAR proceedings filed under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, is hereby extended for further period of eight weeks i.e. till 15-04-2020.
