On 16/02/2022, we had passed the following order :- "It appears from the record that, though a positive statement was made in affidavit dated 22.03.2022, affirmed by Mr.Madhukar Narayan Thosar, Naib Tahsildar, Dhule, Tal. And Dist. Dhule that, corrective measures will have to be adopted for rectfiying the mistake committed by respondent No.4, till date nothing has been done.

Learned AGP submitted t hat, respondent No.4 has no powers under the law to rectify the said mistake. 2.

In view thereof, respondent No.3 i.e. Collector, Dhule is directed to adopt necessary remedial measures and submit khs/April 2022/3322

- 2 - report to this Court within three weeks from today.

3. Stand over to 09.03.2022."

The learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record a public declaration dated 15/03/2022 (4 pages), which is marked as "X-1" for identification. He submits that appropriate steps have been taken by the Tahsildar, Dhule (Rural) in the light of the order of this Court and the petition stands worked out. He, therefore, desires that the petition be disposed off in the light of X-1.
