We have heard both the sides.

As is being pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the issue has been recognition of the degrees/educational qualification obtained from some establishment claimed to be not recognized one. It is being pointed out by adverting our attention to page No. 118 that the selection committee has expressly mentioned that it is awaiting directions/advise from the Joint Director Health Services Pune and would be publishing the select list for the post of Economically Weaker Section (General)-1 post, for which the petitioner had applied.

The learned advocate Mr. Pulkundwar for respondent nos. 6 and 7, on instructions, submits that a list would be published within 60 days. 1/2

We accept the statement being made on behalf of respondent nos. 6 and 7 as an undertaking to this Court. We dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy, if any, once select list is published.
