ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending since 2013. The Committee has sent the matter for vigilance.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Respondent No. 4-Committee shall conclude the validation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within four months from today. (ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

(iv) The respondents No. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's First Winter BAMS examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
