All the seven Civil Applications are presented by the original claimants for withdrawal of the amount of compensation as per the order

ca4633.17 passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 12791280 of 2017. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the entire amount of compensation is deposited in this Court.

Therefore, in view of the order passed by the Apex Court, 50 per cent amount of compensation be paid to the applicants without security and balance 50 per cent amount be paid on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.
