PER COURT :- This is an application for taking the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2 on record.

The application is filed within the period of limitation. The proposed legal heirs are duly served. However, they have not entered appearance in the matter. After having perused the application, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order is passed:-

I) Application is allowed and disposed of.

II) The legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.2 as are mentioned in the application be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.

III) List the matter for further consideration on 02.08.2018.
