ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. It appears that both the applications are fled for setting aside order dated 23rd January 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of the appeal of applicant is refused, on account of non payment of court-fees. Under such circumstances, one of the application needs to be disposed of and therefore, the earlier application bearing CA No. 8352 of 2018 stands disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the applicant is ready to pay the required court-fees of Rs. 13,830/- immediately. In view of the same, the order dated 23rd January 2018 is hereby

(2) 907 CA-8352.2018.odt set aside and the applicant is hereby allowed to pay court-fees of Rs. 13,830/- within one week. The offce is directed to register the appeal of the applicant if the remaining offce objections, if any, are removed.

Civil Application No.13043 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
