First Appeal No.287 of 2000 is disposed of by this Court on 04.02.2015. Therefore, I do not find any legal impediment to allow the applicant to withdraw entire deposited compensation amount in the First Appeal alongwith accrued interest thereon. Therefore, the Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
