This is an application for recall of the order dated 29th April, 2022 and for condonation of delay of 216 days caused in filing present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to its original file subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousands only) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library subject to removal of office objections within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
