The petitioner, who is already possessing a caste certificate in incorrect format, has submitted the application for issuance of a fresh caste certificate in Form C of the 2003 Rules. He submitted the online application on 03.02.2024 and is now seeking early decision by the respondentcompetent authority. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to appear before respondent no. 2 on 03.03.2025, surrender his caste certificate and respondent no. 2 after verification of its genuineness shall issue a fresh certificate in Form C within two weeks thereafter.
