The applicants (Accused Nos. 2 to 4) were on bail during the trial.

They are convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 325 and 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer one year rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 1,000/-, in default three months rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code and six months rigorous imprisonment

criapln1151.16 and fine of Rs.500/-, in default 15 days rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

We find that their case is suitable for grant of bail. The applicants (Accused Nos.2 to 4) be released on bail of Rs.10000/- with one surety in the like amount each.

Substantive sentence awarded to the applicants is suspended during pendency of the appeal. Bail bonds to be executed in the Lower Court.

The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
