I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant without issuing notice to the non-applicant, considering the fact that the applicant prays for listing Writ Petition No. 7294/2008 for an early hearing and this petition was already listed for final hearing after hearing the learned Counsel for all the sides, by the order of this Court dated 03.04.2012.
