1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this petition, the respondents have canceled the impugned transfer order on 7.4.2017. In view of this, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent no.2 for payment of salary. 2] As regards non-payment of salary to the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent no.2. On receipt of such a representation, the respondent no.2 shall look into the

WP 3176/17 - 2 - same and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of such a representation. 3] With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
