The proposal of the petitioners is pending before the respondent No. 2 for issuance of appropriate Government Resolution approving increase in intake in three PG courses. The petitioner No. 2 - Maharashtra Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (Mimsr) Medical College and Yashwantrao Chavan Rural Hospital, Latur has requested to respondent No. 2 for issuance of the said Government Resolution. 2.
The learned A.G.P. for the respondent/State states that the last date for admission is up to 06.04.2022 and further states that the said proposal of the petitioners would be considered by the respondent

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that after the Government Resolution is passed, the respondent No. 1/University would take instructions and issue further permission in favour of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 accepted the said statement.

In view of the extreme urgency in the matter, we direct the respondent No. 2 to decide the said proposal of the petitioners on or before 24.03.2022 and shall communicate the decision that would be taken by the respondent No. 2 to the petitioners on the same day. If, the Government Resolution is passed in favour of the petitioners, the respondent No. 1/University to make inspection of the infrastructure and facilities of the petitioner No. 2/college within a period of five days thereafter and shall communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of 24 hours thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
