This Petition can be disposed of by

wp2193.16 directing the Respondent No.1 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation claim of the Petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee within FOUR MONTHS from today, and it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile the Respondent No.2 is directed to provide the mark-sheet of Ist Semester of 4th Year Mechanical Engineering and accept examination form of Petitioner for IInd Semester. The Respondent No.2 shall not take any coercive action against Petitioner on the ground of failure to submit validation certificate.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
