1) The application is filed for condonation of delay and for relief of setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar judicial by which registration is refused. Heard learned counsel for he applicant. In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made and as the counsel has taken the blame to himself, the application is allowed. Order dated is set aside. The applicant to remove all the office objections prior to 23-32016. If the objections are not removed prior to that date it is to be presumed that the present proceeding is dismissed.
