This application is filed seeking leave to allow the applicant to continue with the appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 53/2012 as the appellant died during the pendency of the appeal. 2.

It is submitted that, already the similar prayer was allowed and amendment is already carried out on 20.01.2023. It is submitted that, the application is inadvertently filed though earlier application for the same prayer was allowed and memo was accordingly amended. [ 3.

In view of the same, the criminal application stands disposed off without any order.
