For the reasons disclosed in the application, delay of 1820 days caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of appellant on record stands allowed. Appropriate amendment by incorporating legal representatives of appellant be carried out within two weeks from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Applicants shall deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- with High Court Bar Library, within two weeks from today, which shall be condition precedent for condonation of delay and carrying out amendment.
