Heard. There is an innocuous prayer made in the petition to direct respondent no.3 to decide the proposal for grant of approval, forwarded by respondent no.4 on 18.9.2015. Respondent no.3 has not taken a decision on the said proposal.

We direct respondent no.3 to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, taking into account the relevant Government policy / Resolutions / guidelines, etc. as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from today. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
