The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been given to the Education Officer for release of salary and back wages and to treat the suspension period as duty period.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3.

In case, the proposal sent by the school is pending with the Education Officer (Page No. 28), then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
