The Petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik under Section 257 of the MLR Code thereby rejecting the revision application fled by them.

2.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioners have a statutory remedy of preferring a second Revision before the State in view of the judgment delivered by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra, [2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915].

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy, on or before 31/03/2020. The time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from 10/02/2019 till 31/03/2020 or till the fling of the Second Revision, would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
