PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that by effuu of time this writ petition has become infructuous. This writ petition pertains to the disqualifcation of the petitioner as a Grampanchayat Member on the ground of his conviction in one criminal case. However, writ petition has now become meaningless by effuu of time since the term of said Grampanchayat was over long back. In view of the same, writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged.
