Mr. Deshpande, learned Assistant Solicitor General files on record the communication received today through email from the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai, which is accepted on

Upon hearing, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions of the applicant, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application. However, in view of the order dated 25th February, 2016, passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 4278 of 2015 (copy of which is filed by the learned counsel for the applicant on record, which is accepted on record and marked "X1" for the purpose of identification), the present applicant be allowed to file similar application after 25th May, 2016. 4.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and disposed of as such.
