Notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents and submits that the Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad would decide the applications filed by the petitioners on its own merits.

The applications filed by the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate are pending since 1st July 2017.

In case the applications filed by the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificates are pending, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioners shall appear before the respondent no.2 on 12th March 2018.
