Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

A small issue involved in this application is about manner and mode of payment of salary to the petitioner.

It is the case of the applicant-original petitioner that though he is entitled to receive an amount of Rs.17,29,933/- and though, the same is approved, he is not getting the same. The amount could not be paid as
( 2 ) no i.d. on shalarth portal is created in respect of the applicant-petitioner because his entitlement is prior to introduction of shalarth portal where payment is made online to the teachers and the employees. In fact, the Provident Fund, Unit Dharashiv has requested the Director of Eduction (Primary) by communication dated 28th March 2024 and 15th May 2024 to allow them to make the payment directly to the petitioner instead of making payment to Shalath Portal.

Considering above, this Court directs the Director of Education (Primary) to allow the Provident Fund Unit to make payment directly to the applicant-original petitioner. For that purpose, the petitioner to add the Director of Education ( Primary) as party respondent in the petition as well as in this application.

The learned AGP waives service of notice for added Respondent. 6.
Application is thus allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The said exercise be done within four weeks and in any case within six weeks from today. Application stands allowed.

The learned AGP also to take instructions in respect of pension proposal of the petitioner.
