The applicants in this application is seeking recalling of order dated 09.04.2019 by condoning the delay of 1766 days, whereby, the registration of appeal was refused by the learned Registrar, (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 Acquiring Body submits that, if the appeal is restored then it can be placed before the National Lok Adalat Dated 03.03.2024. However, considering the delay, the interest needs to be stopped for such period.

In view of the same, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay of 1766 days on the compensation if allowed. Application is accordingly disposed of. After restoration, the matter be placed before National Lok Adalat dated 03.03.2024.
