The applicants in this application are seeking recalling of order dated 05.10.2021 by condoning the delay of 710 days, whereby, the registration of appeal was refused by the learned Registrar, (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 Acquiring Body submits that if the appeal is restored then, it can be placed before National Lok Adalat Dated 03.03.2024. However, considering the delay, the interest needs to be stopped for such period.

In view of the same, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay of 710 days on the compensation if allowed.

Application is accordingly disposed of. After restoration, the matter be placed before Lok Adalat dated 03.03.2024. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE ) JUDGE mahajansb/
