Petitioner though has prayed for several reliefs in the petition, is pressing relief in terms of prayer clause 'D' in respect of issuance of directions to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal in respect of validation of caste certificate issued in favour of respondent no. 5. It is pointed out that the certificate has been referred to the Scrutiny Committee in the month of September 2015. Learned counsel for Scrutiny Committee, on instructions, states that the validation claim of respondent no. 5 would be decided within a period of one year from today. 2.

In view of the statement made, grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
