We have heard Shri. Manoj U. Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Affidavit is filed by respondent No. 5. Para 4 and 5 of the affidavit read thus:

I say and submit that, the office of Deponent vide letter dated 26.9.2018 had deposited the amount of award in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad vide cheque No. 857320 dated 25.9.2018 amounting to Rs.17,64,050/-. Copy of the letter dated 26.9.2018 is annexed herewith and marked as Exhibit R-1.

I say and submit that, as per the record and 7/12 extract, it is revealed that, the title of holdings are not matching. I say that, at the time of consolidation scheme the title of the holders are changed and theretofore, it is difficult

(2) 976WP2603.2018 that, to record the name of the Government in the 7/12 extract.

In view of the above, the petitioner may take steps before the Civil Court with regard to the disbursal of the amount. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
