The applicant in this application is seeking recalling of order dated 22.01.2019, by condoning the delay of 1843 days, whereby, the registration of appeal was refused by the learned Registrar, (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 Acquiring Body submits that, if the appeal is restored then, it can be placed before National Lok Adalat Dated 03.03.2024. However, considering the delay, the interest needs to be stopped for such period. 3.

In view of the same, application is allowed in terms of

913ca2385.24 prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay of 1843 days on the compensation if allowed.
