It transpires that evidence of the petitioner is almost on the verge of completion. In view of the same, learned counsel for the parties resile to consider that it would be expedient to direct the industrial court, Ahmednagar to proceed with pending proceedings bearing complaint (ULP) No.7 of 2016 expeditiously. 2.

In the circumstances, the petition is not being entertained on merits and is being disposed of with following directions. 3.

The complaint (ULP) No.7 of 2016 pending before the industrial court, Ahmednagar to be proceeded with as expeditiously as possible and be disposed of by 31st December, 2017.
